Refund policy

We stand behind our work and want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please notify us.

Eligible Returns:

  • Only ready-to-ship items that were not on sale or customized (such as resizing) can be returned
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to exchange or return it.
  • If you send it back, it must be postmarked within 10 days of the initial email stating the problem.
  • The item must be received in its original, unworn condition.

Ineligible for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Custom-made items and made-to-order rings or jewelry.
  • All earrings, for hygienic reasons.
  • Sale items are final sales; no returns are available. Exchanges or store credit are only available if no sizing or other customization was done.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable.

Additional Information:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards and any custom-made or personalized jewelry like engraved rings are non-returnable.

Return Process:

  1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to return it.
  2. Ensure the return package is postmarked within 10 days of the initial email stating the problem.
  3. Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank; there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, mail it to:

Please include a note with your order number, contact address, and phone number with your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
