A princess-cut moissanite is set in a wedding ring band with a saw cut texture.
Carved in wax and then cast in precious metals. Each ring is slightly unique as the texture is created by me through hand carving (sawing) each ring.
Inspired by the German wedding tradition of log cutting. After the ceremony is done the bride and groom must cut the log placed on a sawhorse in half, symbolizing their teamwork to show how well they work together to complete the task.
Ring as shown is about 5 mm (<1/4") wide with a 4 mm/0.37ct princess cut moissanite. The ring can be made with smaller moissanites and narrower ring width. The band is typically 1mm wider than the moissanite to get a secure setting.

Helpful sizing tips
- Fingers on a dominant hand are generally slightly larger than on non-dominant hands— make sure you measure the right finger on the correct hand!
- Rings with wider bands will fit a bit tighter. Consider selecting one 1/4 to 1/2 size up from your normal ring size.If you plan to measure one of your partner's rings, try to measure one with a similar width as the ring you want to purchase.
- For stacking rings: for a more comfortable fit, consider selecting one 1/4 to 1/2 size up from your normal ring size.
- Make sure the finger is at normal body temperature — fingers can shrink or expand when hot or cold.
- Your fingers tend to change size throughout the day — the best time to measure your finger is the end of the day.
- If your knuckle is bigger, take 2 measurements and choose a size in between — ring needs to fit over knuckle but not be too loose or it will shift around.
